This is for a deposit to purchase bulk ground pork.
 
Pork is from culled sows that are over 2 yrs old. They are Berkshire cross sows that have spent most of their lives on pasture, in a barn only during farrowing. 
 
We plan to have the meat ready for the customers by April 2026. 
 
Pork will be sold to customers in quantities of 25 lbs. 
Only one deposit is needed no matter the quantity of pork purchased by customer - please indicate in the comment at checkout how many lbs you want. 
 
There is an option for flavored brats, sausage links, or chubs - but must be done in 50 lb batches. If you want a flavor, mention this in a comment at checkout and we will help you choose a flavor. 
 
The final price of the bulk pork is $6 per lb for plain ground and $7 per lb for flavor options.
