Grass-fed Lamb

2025 whole/half lambs will be available in December.

Market lambs are not baby sheep, they are around 10 months old at the time of butchering and are full grown. Our sheep rotationally graze our pastures. They are moved every few days to a new paddock, turning grass and all sorts of other plants into delicious and nutritious meat.

We have a small herd of Dorper and Dorper cross ewes as well as purebred Dorper rams. All of the lambs we sell each year were born right here on Hallow Acres.

We sell our sheep as half and whole animals.
